The fifth largest crypto exchange by daily exchange trading volume, ZB.com is planning to set up the office in Malta. The company will open its office in St Julian’s.
ZB.com is a Chinese run company and hailed Malta for its efforts to create favorable conditions for companies in the crypto industry.
The exchange will offer crypto-to-crypto trading and will also offer Fiat-to-fiat crypto options as well.
Jimmy Zhao, the co-founder of ZB.com, said:
Malta is perhaps the world’s most progressive and forward-thinking nation in DLT, crypto and Fintech, and we are very excited to be part of the Blockchain Island. We are confident we will be able to announce our live operations soon.
The parliament of Malta recently adopted three bills which offered a clear regulatory framework that will allow the establishment of crypto business on the island. Malta has already attracted crypto exchanges like Binance, Okex and the Polish Bay.
