Indian Police raided Ponzi scheme funded Cryptocurrency mining operation

Delhi Police have raided a cryptocurrency mining operation which was funded by $15 million Ponzi scheme. The Police have also seized hundreds of mining cards.

In the Dehradun city of Uttrakhand province of India, Delhi Cyber Police Unit conducted a raid on a crypto mining operation. The Police have found more than 100 Ethereum mining rigs.

The rigs comprised of high powered computer processors, 500 graphics card, and servers.

The owners of this mining space were arrested on 25th April, who were accused of amassing Rs 100 Crore (14.9$ million) through Ponzi scheme promoted via bits2btc.com
